This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the site, the web server processes connection data required for technical delivery. The purpose is to deliver the website, ensure stability and security, and identify technical faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required for those purposes, unless a statutory obligation or a specific security incident justifies longer retention. An Article 28 GDPR data processing agreement is concluded with IONOS.

This website does not use analytics or marketing services, externally loaded web fonts, embedded maps or social-media plugins. The website does not set cookies, so no consent banner is required.

4. Email and telephone contact

If you contact the practice by email or telephone about a general or organisational matter, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general communication. The data is deleted when the enquiry has been concluded, unless statutory documentation or retention duties apply.

Please do not send therapy enquiries or sensitive health data by email. All therapy enquiries are handled through Therastic. Unencrypted email may involve security risks.

5. Therapy enquiries through Therastic

Therapy enquiries are submitted through the external Therastic platform, operated by DI Manuel Geier, Hauptstraße 155 Haus 25, 2391 Kaltenleutgeben, Austria. Therastic is not embedded in this website. A connection is made only when you follow a Therastic link or use the QR code.

The Therastic privacy policy applies to the platform and the information entered there. The practice processes information submitted through Therastic in order to consider your enquiry, clarify any questions and, where appropriate, arrange an appointment or begin treatment. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for health data, Article 9(2)(h) GDPR together with professional confidentiality obligations.

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry, initiate or provide treatment, and comply with statutory documentation and retention duties. Therapy places are not allocated by automated decision-making.

This website links to external services including VVS, TelefonSeelsorge and krisenchat. No data is transferred to these providers by this website until you follow a link. The external provider’s privacy information then applies.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future.

You may exercise your rights using the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Security and updates

The website is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. Technical and organisational measures are used in line with the state of the art and the relevant risk.
